Innovation Training in Denver, CO

innovation-trainingv1Denver, Colorado — Innovation & Facilitation Training — Two Public Courses

In late August I’m co-hosting and delivering two public courses on Innovation in Denver. Working with Kim Smoyer of Smoyer & Associates, a Colorado based consultancy that focuses on non-profits. My experience is mostly with corporate innovation, so, we’ve got perspectives and insights for both contexts. We’re holding the courses at the Community Resource Center (CRC) in downtown Denver.

The first course is a one-day Innovation Intensive Overview, targeted for executives. It’s theory, practice, and how to get started, or improve your innovation process. If you take this course you’ll know why and how to move forward with results oriented innovation projects.

The second course is a 2.5 day Advanced Facilitation Training workshop. This is hands-on facilitation instruction. Good facilitation is an essential key to innovation success; this includes planning and executing innovation projects. Learn the hands-on tools for conducting strategy, ideation, idea development, and implementation workshops. This essential skill will improve productivity and save money (by not paying people like… master facilitator Gregg Fraley!)  Register for the training(s) here.

Watch Gregg’s talk at TEDxStormont on Imagination, or get a sense of his Innovation approach in this one hour webinar, done originally for GBN Training. Here’s his BIO.
Here are the details of the two courses:
